Returns

NOTE: All items to be returned must be:

  • Carefully re-packaged in their original packaging

  • In unplayed / unused condition

  • Show no signs of wear or damage

To arrange a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email at Mainphazeccm@gmail.com.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Product Details

  • Reason for Return

  • Whether you are requesting a refund or a replacement (if defective)

Refund Details:

  • Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item

  • Original shipping costs are not refundable

  • A 15% restocking fee applies

  • The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Pre-Order Policy

By placing a pre-order with Main Phaze LLC, you agree to the projected delivery date.

While we strive to meet these dates, delays may occur due to factors outside our control (manufacturing, factory, or shipping issues). In these cases:

  • We do not offer additional compensation beyond a full refund

  • We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders if customers request compensation for circumstances we cannot control

  • We also reserve the right to cancel and refund orders from customers displaying unreasonable behavior or requests to our support team

If a delay causes you to no longer want the item, we offer a full refund.

Shipping Information for Pre-Orders

  • Shipping details can be updated anytime before the order is packed and a shipping label is generated

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their address is correct or using USPS mail forwarding

  • Main Phaze LLC is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address if the customer did not update it prior to shipment


    Shipping Information

    Processing Time

    • All in-stock items ship within 2–3 business days.

    • Orders placed on Sundays will be processed and shipped the following business day.

    • Pre-orders will ship according to the estimated release window listed on each product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once all items are available—unless otherwise stated.

    Shipping & Delivery

    • Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, Main Phaze is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or the condition in which the carrier delivers your items.

    • Any issues related to shipping, transit delays, or damaged packages must be addressed directly with the carrier.

    Tracking Information

    • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
